Mouse/touch selection

Mind Express is optimized for a touchscreen. The settings for touch are usually analogous to the mouse settings. Some settings are typical for either one or the other:

• Selecting when pressed, allows for dwell on touch selection, but may be useful with mouse selection.
• Selecting after dwell is only useful for mouse selection.
