Adding an action for grammar

You can use the grammar actions to do the following:
  • Conjugate verbs and put them in the correct tense.
  • Use singular or plural nouns.
CAUTION:
To conjugate a verb or noun, the data must always be entered correctly. See Editing the text of a cell.
Start by selecting the box with the grammar action. The next box you select will use the conjugation of the verb or noun.
  1. Edit the cell (F5).
  2. Click Add item Ctrl+click=Copy item in the Actions options group.
  3. Choose Grammar from the Actions drop-down list.
  4. From the drop-down list, select one of the following actions:
    Action Explanation
    1st person sing To use the verb in the 1st person singular.
    1st person plural To use the verb in the 1st person plural.
    2nd person sing To use the verb in the 2nd person singular.
    2nd person plural To use the verb in the 2nd person plural.
    3rd person sing To use the verb in the 3rd person singular.
    3rd person plural To use the verb in the 3rd person plural.
    Singular To use the singular form of the noun.
    Infinitive To use the verb as an infinitive.
    Plural To use the plural form of the noun.
    Present Tense To use the verb in the present tense.
    Future Tense To use the verb in the future tense.
    Past Tense To use the verb in the past tense.
    Past Participle To use the verb as a past participle.
  5. Click OK.
