Problem Solution
The touchscreen is slow or is not working properly.
The touchscreen is slow to respond. The touchscreen is off. Switch the touchscreen back on. See Enabling the touchscreen.
The device cannot be woken from sleep via the touchscreen. This is a setting. See Setting to wake the device from sleep mode via the touchscreen.
The device is getting hot. During long and intensive use of the device, the device can become hot. This is normal and has no effect on the life or performance of the device.
No Bluetooth appliances found.
  • Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on the appliance you want to connect to.
  • Make sure your device and the other appliance are within the maximum range of 10 meters.
  • If necessary, remove any objects between the device and the other appliance.
  • The other appliance may not be compatible with your device.
The device cannot be switched on. The battery has insufficient charge for starting the device. Connect the power supply and switch the device on.
The battery is not charging properly. If the battery can no longer be charged to 90%, please contact the support department of the distributor where you purchased the device.
