Sending a message to a telephone number that has been entered

Make sure that your mobile phone is connected to your device. See Connecting your mobile phone to the device.
  1. Press and select Phone.
  2. Choose Messages.
    A list of the most recent messages appears.
  3. Choose .
  4. Choose .
  5. Enter the full telephone number.
  6. Confirm with .
  7. Type your message in.
    Tip: Choose to add an emoticon.
  8. Choose to send the message or choose if you do not wish to send the message.
    If sent successfully, a appears next to the message.
