Viewing a preview

  1. Choose File > Print preview.
  2. Click one of the following buttons:
    ButtonExplanation
    Close preview  To close the preview and return to the document.
    Print  To print the document.
    Previous page  To view the previous page.
    Next page  To view the next page.
    To quickly view a specific page, you can enter the page number or use the arrows in the View page: field.
