Using the device environmental control

You can use the Tellus to control other devices such as a television, radio, lighting, sockets, etc. This can be done in two ways:

• Using the Jabbla-IR-protocol: the Tellus is equipped with an infrared receiver (6) and an infrared transmitter (24). This enables you to control devices such as televisions, radios, DVD players using infrared codes. The Tellus can learn to recognize the infrared codes of the devices.

  

• Using the Z-Wave-protocol. A Z-Wave controller is integrated into the Tellus, with which you can control lighting and sockets.
