Creating an address book cell

You can create an address book cell to allow you to scroll through your contacts.
  1. Edit the cell (F5).
  2. Click Advanced in the Edit dialog.
  3. Choose Address book from the Type: drop-down list.
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    Option Explanation
    Specific Person If you select this option, you can indicate the specific contact you want displayed in the cell. This can be interesting for enter numbers or e-mail addresses of persons you contact frequently.
    Dynamic The cell works as a dynamic list and displays one of the contacts from your address book. From the drop-down list, select one of the following options:
    • All, to show all persons in your address book.
    • Telephone only, to show only those contacts with an enter number.
    • E-mail only, to show only those contacts with an e-mail address.

    Select the Show Data option if you want to display the details (phone and/or email address) of the contact in the cell.

    List of recipients In this cell only the contacts you have selected, are displayed. If you select a specific contact for a second time, then this person will be deleted from the list of recipients.
  5. Click OK.
