Adding an edit box

You can manually create your own edit boxes in the pdf document. The edit box enables the user to enter text in the document. For example: you can add an edit box to answer a question or to complete a form.

  1. Choose the PDF Tools tab.
  2. Click Draw text box .
  3. Use the mouse to draw a border around the area for the edit box.
    A box appears, with a black border and a white background.
