Cells can only be given the same width, height or dimensions in Freestyle type of pages. The changes are always made relative to the reference cell (cell with the black markers).
Choose Edit > Edit mode (F2).
Select two or more cells. Ensure that the correct cell is selected as the reference cell (cell with the black markers).
Right-click on the selection and choose Format and then one of the following options from the shortcut menu:
